REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

If there is any discrepancy in the product or quantity, or if the quality is abnormal, a refund will be arranged after verification (excluding "non-returnable products"). Customers must count all the products and their quantities in person before the delivery man leaves. If there is any discrepancy in the quantity after delivery, we will not be responsible. If you find that there is a problem with the quality of the product after receiving the product, please take a photo or video and send it to our customer service department within one working day via WhatsApp for follow-up. Overdue will not be accepted.
** In order to protect your rights and interests, do not discard the suspected spoiled food, and be sure to keep it until our staff has finished processing and inform you how to dispose of the product. If it has been discarded, you will lose the right to appeal.
** Recall and replacement will be arranged after special verification and identification of the reasons; if the photo is overdue or fails to provide, the company will not be able to make compensation for the relevant goods.
** If the relevant food has been consumed or the fresh food is not eaten on the day of receipt or the thawing method is improper or the product has been discarded, the company cannot make compensation for the relevant product. Please pay attention.
1. For the goods that are required to be returned, the customer must keep no less than 95% of the original total quantity of the goods, and keep the company's invoice.
2. After verification, the company will contact the customer by phone/WhatApp to arrange return and refund.
3. When refunding, shipping and handling charges for the original order will not be refunded, sorry for the inconvenience.
4. We will refund the amount of the returned goods (the calculated discounted price) to you. If the product you are returning comes with a promotional gift or special purchase product, etc., you must also return the product, otherwise the refund will not be processed. If the attached gifts or special purchases are not returned, we will deduct the difference between the original price of the gift or the special price when refunding.
- If [Food Commodities] does not receive any application for return or exchange within 24 hours after receiving the goods, the transaction is deemed to be completed, and the company will no longer accept any application for replacement or refund, and the company will not be responsible for any Legal Liability.
- Customers please check and confirm the style and quantity of the goods in person before the deliveryman leaves. If the style or quantity does not match after the delivery is completed, the company will not be responsible.

- The company reserves the right of final decision on all changes, suspensions, cancellations, and amendments to the terms and conditions of the offers.
