GAOLAY has only been open for a short time, and it has become an award-winning hot shop. It enjoys a good reputation in the district and has won the support of many residential neighbors. It is also a pleasure to have many cross-district fans visiting our shop at Tuen Mun.  

The owner resigned from his job as a designer a few years ago because his wife loves dumplings! Dumpling is located in "Tuen Mun Ferry Pier" where the owner grew up. He is determined to create a made in Hong Kong and handmade dumpling brand "GAOLAY" . The goal is to bring high-quality Hong Kong-made food to the world with the simplest business model, and use food as an introduction to spread Hong Kong people's persistent requirements for quality and core values.

Looking back, the owner said with a smile that it is true that he will grow old overnight. As a layman, he has never been in the catering industry, and suddenly changed the track. He has suffered a lot since the preparation.

 

Cross the river by feeling the stones, maybe take some detours, the hand-made temperature in the dumplings is solid, and he hopes to touch more taste buds.

GAOLAY is full of vitality. The awkwardly assembled storefront at the beginning is eye-catching in the Yue Wu shopping mall. The small canopy has been sheltering GAOLAY from the wind and rain. The dimly lit corner has gradually become a symbol of the Yue Wu shopping mall.

 

Departing from Tuen Mun Ferry Pier, the branch is now open to Fortress Hill, Hong Kong Island. There are more than 50 sales outlets in Hong Kong, with more than 6,000 dumplings making a day. It also warms the heart; at the same time, it wakes everyone up, this land is so good.

 

There are 11 favours of dumplings, including traditional vegetable and cheese, kimchi, curry and other savory styles, and there are even vegetarian dumplings for you to choose from.
