Delivery Service Coverage and Time

Delivery time: 9:00 - 19:00

*Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center, airport area, container terminals, logistics companies/centers, warehouses, hotels, and receiving departments with long operation time are not suitable for cold chain delivery.

*Government agencies (including but not limited to government offices, police stations), hospitals, and funeral homes do not provide door-to-door delivery services, and the recipient must be asked to hand over at the door.

* For some addresses, the customer must be arranged to hand over at a designated place, for example, the address of the tenement building is handed over on the ground floor, and the address of the village house is handed over at the village entrance or the public parking lot next to the main road

* If the delivery location cannot be reached directly by truck, the driver will arrange to deliver at a safe parking spot
