Ingredients:   Broccoli, dumpling wrapper, fresh pork, oil, egg, water, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, raw flour, Chinese wine, onion, ginger, left mouth fish powder, sugar, salt, dark soy sauce, flour, pepper

Cooking methods
Soup Dumplings or Boiled Dumplings
1. Bring the water to a boil over high heat
2. Reduce the heat to medium and add the dumplings
3. Gently push the dumplings apart to avoid sticking to the pan and breaking the skin
4. Cook on medium heat for 4-6 minutes, the dumplings will float on the surface and serve on a plate

Pan-fried dumplings
1. Heat the wok to red on high heat, add oil
2. Turn to medium heat, arrange the dumplings, fry the bottom until fragrant (10-20 seconds)
3. Inject water, the water level is about 1/3 to 1/2 of the height of the dumplings
4. Cover the wok and cook for 6-7 minutes. Open the lid and see that the water has dried up before serving.
